We Have The Equipment To Handle Your Exterior Painting Project

We have a lot of Equipment! Allowing us to take on larger and more challenging projects in a safe manor. This includes lots of ladders big and small, planks, scaffolding, many hand and power tools designed specifically for exterior paint prep, as well as all of the necessary safety equipment such as ropes and harnesses for working on roofs and high places. We also have experience using lifts for homes where they are more efficient and safer to reach high areas.

Our Exterior Painting Process

01 - Pressure Washing

A few days before starting the exterior painting we will pressure wash your home to remove all debris and allow it time to dry to ensure proper paint adhesion.

02 - Cover and Protect

Our exterior painters will protect all fixtures and surfaces that are not being painted. We use masking paper, plastic, and drop cloths to prevent getting any paint where it is not intended. We will then remove all fixtures such as lights, downspouts, and mailboxes so that we can paint all of the exterior siding, making sure not to miss anything.

03 - Surface Preparation

The most important step in exterior painting is the prep work. Without the proper process paint can peel and crack quickly especially in the Okanagan due to the summer heat. We remove peeling paint with power tools that are designed specifically to remove all peeling paint while not damaging the wood or other substrates underneath the paint. Once paint removal is complete we will apply whichever primer is most suited to the surfaces being painted preventing any future peeling. Next we will counter sink all nails sticking out, fill holes, caulk cracks, and sand where necessary. We repair all damage in stucco and concrete such as cracks and holes so that your home looks like new when we are done painting.

04 - Painting

We always use the best quality exterior paints and primers so that the final product looks amazing, and will provide superior protection, and fade resistance. We use a combination of spraying, and brushing and rolling depending on which will provide the superior result in each situation. Once painting is complete our crew leader will carefully inspect all work to ensure that our quality standards have been met.

05 - Clean up

Throughout the entire process our team will treat your home with respect. We maintain an organized work space, clean as we go, and do a cleanup at the end of each work day. Once the painting is complete our painters will thoroughly clean up and carefully put everything back where it belongs.

06 - Follow Up

After the work is completed we will go over everything to make sure you are happy with the work. Mark the owner will follow up with you after completion to make sure we didn’t miss anything and that you are still happy with everything we have painted for you.
